This dressing is so darned delicious for salad that it can be served on its own as a party dip for veggies (reduce orange juice to 1/4 cup so it gets thicker).

1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup white miso
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/8 cup sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
gomasio*

Blend all ingredients together except for gomasio. Add water to thin if needed. Toss a few tablespoons with salad and sprinkle with gomasio.

This recipe will thicken considerably if refrigerated. To get it runny again just bring to room temperature before tossing with salad, or blend with a bit of water.

* Gomasio is a Japanese seasoning made of toasted sesame seeds, sea salt and kelp. If you don’t have any just use toasted sesame seeds, I won’t tell anyone.
