This is my favourite staple salad dressing… goes with all kinds of veggies.

1/3 cup flaxseed oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Braggs
1/4 nutrtitional yeast powder or flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp ground cumin

Combine in a blender until smooth. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

For a creamier dressing, blend with 1/4 cup tahini or silken tofu.
