3/4 cup cooked sweet potato, mashed and whipped
3/4 cup mashed cooked/canned chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
2 Tbsp olive oil
Few drops sesame oil (optional)
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Possible seasonings: chopped cilantro to; chopped mint to taste; cumin; dill

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Adjust seasonings. Chill. Serve with pita triangles or crackers.
