Try it. You’ll see why it’s so deadly good.
2 cans chickpeas, drained
1-2 lemons, juiced
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp tahini
1 1/2 cups oil-packed chopped sundried tomatoes
up to 1/4 cup oil collected from the jar of sundried tomatoes
salt to taste
Mash garlic and salt into a paste. Place in a food processor and add remaining ingredients. Start with the juice of 1 lemon and see after blending if you’d like it more tart. Blend until creamy and all of the ingredients are blended. It will be quite stiff so scrape down the sides of the container regularly.
